JOB DESCRIPTION
HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
Celtic Angels is looking for a dynamic Human Resource Specialist to join our team in our Weymouth office. Duties include proactively helping to recruit staff, conduct telephone screenings, prepare for office interviews, on-board successful candidates including getting all necessary new employee documents signed, scheduling new employee orientations, and maintaining employee files, entering employee information into our software system and keeping HR records and requirements in compliance with federal and state regulations.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years’ experience in a Human Resource role. The position requires a positive attitude, high energy, a friendly, upbeat personality, top communication skills, very strong organization skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and have a love for people.
The candidate should possess an associate’s degree and have worked as a Human Resource Specialist or similar role. Candidate should have proficient computer skills to maintain records in Human Resource Software.
